Our Training Programs

We believe a successful person never stops learning.  To this end, we have a series of lectures and seminars for our agents conducted by our experienced senior management and experts from outside the company.  Our speakers impart the valued knowledge they have gained from years learning from their successes and errors.

Additionally, those without significant industry experience are guided by two senior managers who serve as counsel and mentors.  Our goal is to have our employees set a clear career path and have the tools and know-how to easily travel the road to success.

Metro Spire has a global perspective and represents developers in such cities as London, Hamburg, Berlin, Tel-Aviv, Warsaw, and Kiev. The international flavor extends to our sales force which speaks numerous languages including Italian, Spanish, French, Hebrew, German, Farsi, Mandarin, Hungarian, and Russian.  Our ideal candidate is fluent in two or more languages.
